Improvement of convergence and computational efficiency of self-consistent charge calculations in carbon nanotube FETs
Matura: 1.0
Projects
Over the course of my studies I attended machine learning and data science courses that required project work. In these projects I learned a wide variety of skills. From landing a moon lander of the classic arcade game with reinforcement learning to segmenting MRI images containg cancer using CNNs.
After pointlessly standing in a queue one too many times I decided to prove to myself that there was a better way. I built a web app that would allow people to create virtual queues where customers could "line up" by scanning a QR code. This can be found here: (Check it out!). To learn more about my journey and the technologies I used, check out my blog post here.
To bring my parents house to the 21st century, I build a local webserver that hosts a dashboard showing measurements of battery-powered ’weather’ stations I built (Github repository)
Work experience
I helped an Austrian engineering company to streamline their bonus calculation process and gained valuable experience in Microsoft Excel and VBA on the way.
Being a passionate swimmer myself, passing it on to kids is great fun and a good balance to my academic routine.
